Miracle Luxe Virgin Extensions, LLC distributes 100% natural, virgin hair. Due to the nature of our product (each individual bundle of hair is derived from an individual donor), there is no exact match between bundles. However, we match similar bundles within our virgin line, to ensure continuity in your style.  

***Please note ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Payment Terms

We accept all major credit cards, as well as PayPal and Apple Pay payments. Upon placing your order, your credit card is charged immediately.  Therefore, PLEASE review your items and shipping information carefully.  Once submitted, your order cannot be reversed.

Credit card fraud and theft of Miracle Luxe Virgin Extensions' merchandise is prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Your billing address and shipping address must match to complete your order. If they do not, consider utilizing PayPal or Apple Pay to fulfill your order. A signature will be required to receive your order at the time of delivery.

Return policy

Miracle Luxe Virgin Extensions maintains the highest level of quality. All bundles, including wefts, are thoroughly sanitized and deep conditioned once they arrives from its respective countries of origin. Afterwards, bundles are inspected for acceptable quality, prior to shipping. Your hair is ready for immediate use upon opening your package.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

Replacements

Miracle Luxe Virgin Extensions believes in providing exceptional service. If you have received any product that is incorrect, you must contact us within 2 calendar days (48 hours) from the date of receipt. Once contacted, we will provide you with a return label for the merchandise you received. Once we have received the incorrect unused bundle, we will happily send an immediate replacement.

No refunds will be permitted. 

** An Unused Bundle is one that has not been chemically or physically processed/ altered, either by perming, coloring, lifting, rinsing, cutting, removing the hair from the weft, etc. Such actions VOID your ability to exchange your incorrect order. Please visit "Shipping & Returns" in the footer bar for further details concerning returns.

Shipping Delays

Miracle Luxe Virgin Extensions, LLC provides shipping tracking information for your order. This is only an estimation of when your order will arrive. Miracle Luxe is not responsible for any delay in USPS shipping, for any reason, including but not limited to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. We utilizes USPS to deliver your shipment on time. If your package is delayed, we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges. If you need additional information, please contact us at miracleluxehair@gmail.com.

Failed Deliveries / Refused Shipments / Incorrect Shipping Address

Incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause of shipment delays. Therefore, PLEASE check the address information on your order. Make sure you have included ALL the information (address, apt#, etc.) needed to deliver your package. Your order will be shipped via USPS to the address you provide. It is extremely important that you provide the most accurate and complete information possible. If an address correction needs to be made after your shipment has been sent you will be assessed any fee USPS charges us to make the correction. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS.

If a shipment is returned to us due to a bad address you will be responsible for additional shipping charges. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS.

International Shipments

Miracle Luxe does not currently ship internationally.

Policy Changes

Miracle Luxe Virgin Extensions, LLC, reserves the right at our discretion to make changes to prices, policies and procedures. Please check this page periodically for changes.

Limitation of Liability

Miracle Luxe Virgin Extensions, LLC is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate dollar amount paid by the customer for the purchase of services under this agreement.
